I like to mix the pasta with the sauce in the cooking pot and then pour the whole thing into a baking dish.

Pre-boiling the pasta is optional so you can skip this step if you prefer your pasta вЂal denteвЂ™.

Put the cauliflower in the blender together with the almondВ milk, nutritional yeast, olive oil, mustard, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

DonвЂ™t pour away the cooking liquid, youвЂ™ll need some of it for the sauce.

Cook or steam the cauliflower florets until tender.
